Refund, sales, order, quotation, service and website terms.

Refund and cancellation policy

Before Chassis Allocation:

As Per Company Policy, we deduct 10% or Rs.500 (Rupees Five Hundred Only); which ever is higher from the initial booking amount of the deal finalized with us as cancellation charges. The refund is processed within 30 days from the date of submission of Refund/Deal Cancellation Letter submitted at our accounts department along with payment details and cancelled cheque for processing refund, the refund amount is less the cancellation charges.

After Chassis Allocation:

As Per Company Policy, we deduct 20% from the deal value finalized with us as cancellation charges. The refund is processed within 30 days from the date of submission of Refund/Deal Cancellation submitted at our accounts department along with payment details and cancelled cheque for processing refund, the refund amount is less the cancellation charges.

After Chassis Delivery:

As Per Company Policy, The Chassis Once Delivered is not taken back as sales return under any circumstances.

Dealership sales terms

Prices are subject to change without any prior notice. Price applicable at the time of delivery shall be applicable
Delivery period will be reckoned from the date of receipt of payment. Any Delay in the Delivery Period will not be the responsibility of the Dealership
All Variant features are subject to change without prior notice
Acceptance of advance /deposit by seller is merely indication of an intention to sell and does not result into a contract of sale
All disputes arising between the parties hereto shall be referred to arbitration according the arbitration laws of the Company
Only the courts of Navi Mumbai shall have the jurisdiction in any proceedings relating to the contract
Customer is responsible to collect PAYMENT RECIEPTS from the authorised personnel/ Sales Executives/ Representatives towards advances/ final payments made by them.
It is advised to make payment through IMPS/NEFT/RTGS/UPI after self-verification and confirmation of the details provided, any error in the same the dealership shall not be held liable for the same.
It is also, advised to make cash payments only at the Accounts Department of Dealership’s Showroom and/or Service Centre after self verification and confirmation of the details provided, any error in the same the dealership shall not be held liable for the same.
Chassis purchases in single invoice in coordination with a bodybuilder;chassis warranty by dealership; unit and/or bodybuilt in scope of bodybuilder only.

Prices & Taxes Prevailing at the time of delivery will be applicable for vehicle, accessories & add-ons.
Pullani Motors will not be responsible for any delay or rejection of finance by financer and also due to unforeseen circumstances.
Goods once sold will not be taken back under any circumstances. All outstanding should be cleared by the buyer before claiming delivery for product and all allied services.
Prices / Specification / Colours discount offers of any model, variants are subject to change at the discretion of Ashok Leyland without prior intimation.
Delivery Period will be reckoned from the date of receipt of full payment.
In case of cancellation, amount will be refunded within 15 days after submitting cancellation request to sales@pullanimotors.com & pullanimotors@gmail.com, to the Bank Account from where the payment has been received at Pullani Motors. Incase of cash payment to Pullani Motors, the customer has to provide bank account details with a cancelled cheque for processing refund. No refund will be done in cash.
In case of any dispute, the same will be subject to the jurisdiction of the court at Thane only.
Pullani Motors and/or Ashok Leyland Ltd. shall not be liable due to any prevention, hindrance or delay in manufacture, delivery of vehicles or accessories, due to shortage of material, strike, riot, civil commotion, accident, machinery breakdown, Government policies, acts of God and nature, and all events beyond the control of Pullani Motors and/or Ashok Leyland Ltd.
Incase of B2B billing GST No. has to be updated by customer at Pullani Motors account department via mail to accounts1@pullanimotors.com & pullanimotors@gmail.com before final Billing / Delivery.
IF your GST input is not received to you within 2 months from date of invoice please inform Pullani Motors through mail to pullanimotors@gmail.com / accounts1@pullanimotors.com within 2 months. If you will not inform to us within two months from date of invoice Pullani Motors will not be held responsible for any future claim or any query received from GST department to you.
Details on all KYC documents should be same. This is to avoid KYC mismatch at financing and/or RTO passing stage. Pullani Motors should not be held responsible for such mismatch, if any.

Payment Notes

Cheque/DD payable in favour of “M/s. PULLANI ENGINEERS PVT. LTD.”
Cash payment accepted only at Showroom Cashier and official receipt to be taken by customer from accounts department directly.
Management will not be responsible if any cash is handed over to any Pullani Motors Staff without receiving sealed & signed payment receipt.
We advise all customers to do only RTGS/NEFT/IMPS/UPI payments only.

I agree to the following terms and conditions :

Vehicle shall be retained at the workshop/service station for certain period as necessary, if required for inspection and investigation (s).
Necessary components / parts shall be replaced as deemed fit and the cost shall be borne by me if not covered under warranty. My vehicle shall be attended by the dealer as per warranty terms and conditions only.
In case of any accident or damage caused to the vehicle at the workshop or during road test or in event of force majeure or fire or accident, the settlement of claim shall be done at the IDV value of the vehicle if the vehicle is having insurance cover subject to terms and conditions of insurance/risk carrier, if the car is not having valid Insurance, then I undertake to bear all the expenses & cost related to restoration of the vehicle.
Vehicle must be collected within 2 days from the date of completion of repairs by making full payment of the bill by Cash/DD/Pay Order/ Online Payment. If failed, parking/demurrage charge @. Rs. 500/- per day will be charged for each day delayed, apart from 18% p.a. interest on the bill amount. The condition of parking charges shall stand only for one month and thereafter the vehicle will be sold in auction and the bill amount / parking charges etc. will be recovered from sale proceeds.
I allow & authorize the dealer/workshop or any authorized person appointed on their behalf to contact me through Phone/Text Message/E-mail to inform me or various transaction/service promotion(s) or any other activity pertaining to my vehicle or Ashok Leyland LCV brand of vehicles.
Replaced parts may be handed over to the customers, however the dealer/ workshop can retain the replaced/used parts to carry out the root-cause analysis at their workshop or Ashok Leyland LCV manufacturing or at vendor facility as deemed appropriate.
In case customer do not collect the replaced parts after service then the same shall be assumed that he is not interested or willing to collect and will be destroyed the replaced parts and thereafter no claim shall be entertained.
The workshop shall not replace the spare parts/components or consumables brought from outside by the customer.
In case of pickup & drop facility availed by customer, I agree that my vehicle shall be driven & brought to the workshop or delivered back to me at my sole risk & responsibility. Though outmost care is being taken by the chauffeur but in case of any eventuality, the customer has to bear the cost of necessary repairs, etc.
I have removed all the valuables, documents, Pen-drive, CD, and all other spare material from my vehicle while handing over the same for the service and I shall not claim from the workshop and/or Pullani Motors.
I undertake to pay the demurrage charge levied by the workshop for retaining my vehicle after service and bear the entire cost in case of any loss or damage caused to my vehicle at the workshop.
I agree that I will not indulge in any unauthorized surveillance including photography, videography etc., at the workshop and shall not trespass into areas not meant for outsiders in the premises, shall be solely responsible for any act or omission and the workshop or Pullani Motors shall be free to take any legal action in this regard.

Factors Affecting Fuel Economy

Frequent stopping and short distance travel consumes more fuel.
Needless idling at traffic lights fuel consumption – Eg. Ten minutes idling wastes 100-cc of Fuel
Driving at higher speed consumes more fuel than driving at steady speed of 50 to 60 Km/hr in Top Gear.
Changing of gears with the speeds mentioned below enhances the fuel efficiency.
Try to drive in 5th Gear as much as possible.
Adulterated or less quantity of fuel dispensed by petrol pumps would indicate poor fuel consumption.
Less Tyre - Pressure increase fuel consumption.
Clogged air filter, worn out clutch, badly tuned engine and high pollution levels increase fuel
Do not unnecessarily race the engine
